April 12 @ Ohio Dominican
Shawnee State closed out the regular season with a 7-2 loss at Ohio Dominican University.  Shawnee State's Jessica Cooper and Stephanie Allard won 5 and 6 singles respectively due to withdrawals by ODU.  The most competitive match of the day was #3 doubles.  Cooper and Allard lost 8-5.
 
April 11 @ Geneva
Shawnee State lost to Geneva College 7-2.  The Bears picked up singles wins from Ali Besonen and Jessica Cooper.  SSU had chances in each doubles match.  The scores were 8-5, 9-7, and 8-6 with the Bears losing all three matches. 
 
April 10 @ Seton Hill
Shawnee State won its first match of the season as the Bears defeated Seton Hill University 5-4.  Shawnee State had singles wins from Amand Holbrook, Ali Besonen, and Jessica Cooper.  Amanda Holbrook and Jen Cummins captured #1 doubles, while Stephanie Allard and Jessica Cooper won #3 doubles.
 
April 6 vs. Capital (@ ODU)
Shawnee State lost to Capital University 8-1.  Amanda Hobrook (#1 singles) defeated Kari Keneaster 8-2 for the Bears' only win.
 
April 6 vs. Tiffin (@ ODU)
Shawnee State lost to Tiffin University 8-1.  Amanda Holbrook and Jen Cummins defeated Julia Grove and Nicole Zwick in #1 doubles by a score of 8-2 for the Bears' only win.
 
April 5 vs. Walsh
Shawnee State lost to Walsh University by a score of 9-0.  The Bears were clearly overmatched as they won a total of just 10 games on the day.
 
April 4 vs. Malone
Shawnee State lost to Malone College 9 matches to 0 on Friday afternoon.  Shawnee State's best chance to win a match came in #1 doubles.  The Bears duo of Jen Cummins and Amanda Holbrook had 3 match points up 7 games to 6.  They could not close out the match to secure the win.  
 
April 3 @ Cedarville
Shawnee State opened the 2003 season with a 9-0 loss to defending AMC Champion, Cedarville University.  The Bears were blanked in every match but two.  Only Ali Besonen and Angel Ross managed to win games against their opponents.  Shawnee State hosts Malone on Friday.  Matches get underway at 1:00 p.m. at Mound Park.
