"Not only is she the heart of the defense, but
she is the heart of the team. She has started every
game in her SSU career. We need to combine her strong
punting with some improved speed up front to put some balls
in the net this year."
2004 Season -- Jessica concludes her career holding 7
school records. She has 779 assists, 13 shutouts, and
19 wins on her career. In 20 matches, she recorded 167
saves and posted a 5-12-2 record. She recorded
back-to-back 110-minute games on September 4 and 5.
She earned honorable mention All-AMC recognition.
2003 Season -- Jessica
proved she deserved the awards she received last season by
making this one just as good. Jessica had 244 saves on
the season with a total of 3 shutouts.
2002
Season -- Jessica earned 1st Team All-AMC, 1st Team
All-Region, and Honorable Mention All-American honors as a
sophomore. She recorded 3 shutouts and 151 saves on
the season. She is the first SSU women's soccer player
to earn All-American honors.
2001 Season -- Jessica
recorded a school record saves (217), shut outs (4), and
wins (7) during her freshman season. She earned Honorable
Mention All-AMC honors for her efforts.
United Local High School
-- Jessica played four seasons on the United Local Boys
Team. She was team captain her senior season.
