The Shawnee State Invitational is held each year at Earl Thomas Conley Riverside Park.  The 5K course is relatively flat with the exception of one short hill.  Cedarville's Sarah Mark set the event record of 19:05 in 2003.  Lisa Davies set the current course record in 2008 with a time of 18:06.
