| 2008 Season --
Heather was a four-year letter winner and finished
her career at Shawnee State recording her personal best times in
2008. She finished 24th at the SSU Invitational and 35th at the Ohio Invitation with a
personal best time of 21:27. She also competed in the NAIA National
Championship Meet to finish with a time of 21:38 and became one of
eight Shawnee State Women's Cross Country runners to make a National
Championship Appearance.
2007 Season --
Heather had a solid season as she ran 6 meets under 23:00. Her
best time of the season (21:52) came at the American Mideast
Conference Championship.
2006 Season --
Heather got off to a bit of a slow start during her sophomore
season. Her best time of the season (23:14) came at the
American Mideast Conference Championship on November 4.
2005 Season -- Heather got off to a bit of a
slow start during her freshman season but finished strong to
record consecutive times of 24:05 at the Southeastern Classic and
the AMC/NAIA Region IX Championship.
Glenwood High School -- For two
years, Heather was the only female cross country runner at
Glenwood High School. The Glenwood team doubled in size
when Heather's younger sister joined the team during Heather's
junior year. Heather was a four-time 1st Team All-SOC
selection in cross country. She was a three-time 1st Team
honoree in track.
