Lisa has improved a great deal from last season.
There is no reason she can't break 22 minutes for a 5k this season.
2007 Season --
Lisa ran 6 of her races under 24:00. She ran her best time of
the season (22:32) at the American Mideast Conference Championship.
2006 Season --
Lisa got off to a bit of a
slow start during her freshman season. She finished the season
strong. Lisa ran her best race at the American Mideast
Conference Championship where she ran the course in 23:24.
Western High School -- Lisa
was a two-year letter winner in cross country. She earned 1st
team all-conference and all-district recognition.
