Coach's Comments -- Rachel is extremely talented. She has the ability to be in our top 7 right out of the gate.

2007 Season -- Rachel got off to a bit of slow start for her freshman season. Her time of the season (20:10) came at the American Mideast Conference Championship.

Galion Northmor High School -- Rachel was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track. She was a three-time regional qualifier and state qualifier as a senior. She has a personal best 5k time of 19:52.
