| Coach's Comment -- "Kristyn had a SUPER sophomore season with two
top 25 times. She ran the last three races of the the
season with an injury. She could be an Academic
All-American runner! I expect her to have a great season and
run in the 19:00's."
2004 Season -- Kristyn ran in the top 5 for the Bears
all season long. She placed 7th at the Winthrop
Invitational for her one top 10 finish on the year.
2003
Season --Krystyn was the #3 runner, with consistent
times in the low 20's.
She ran a career best time of 20:06 at the Wilmington Fall
Classic. Krystyn received the team's Most Improved Runner
Award.
2002 Season -- Kristyn ran a
career best time of 23:24 at the Greensboro
Invitational.
Kings High School -- In
addition to cross country, Kristyn ran track and played
basketball at Kings High School. She owns the 7th
fastest 5K time in Kings High School History (20:29).
Kings High School placed 4th in the state during her junior
year.
