November 22 @ NAIA National Championship
Megan Ball became the first ever female runner to compete in the National Championship Meet for Shawnee State University.  She placed 170th out of 256 runners.  She covered the 5k-course in 20:05.
 
November 1 @ AMC/NAIA Region IX Championship

Shawnee State placed 6th out of 14 teams at the AMC/NAIA Region IX Championship.  Megan Ball led the women's team with an 18th place finish in 19:44.  Kristyn Allen placed 33rd in 20:42.  Candice Eagon, Jackie Dolan, and Sara Crosbie rounded out the scoring for the Bears.  Megan Ball's time of 19:44 is the fastest ever run at SSU.

 
October 17 @ Wilmington Fall Classic

Shawnee State finished 4th out of 15 teams at the Wilmington Fall Classic.  

Candice Eagon led the squad with a 9th place finish.  She covered the 5k course in a school-record time of 19:46.  Megan Ball placed 15th in 19:55.  Kristyn Allen (20:06), Sara Crosbie (20:39), and Jackie Dolan (21:01) rounded out the scoring for the Bears.

 
October 10 @ All-Ohio Championship

Shawnee State Cross Country Team competed at the All-Ohio Meet.  The women's team placed 28th of 39 teams overall.  They tied for 6th in the NCAA Division II/NAIA grouping.  Miami won the women's title.  Megan Ball led the women's squad with a time of 20:16.  She placed 90th overall and 20th in SSU's division.  Candice Eagon (21:10), Sara Crosbie (21:30), Ashley Meadows (22:10), and Kristyn Allen (22:19) completed the scoring for the Bears.

 
October 4 @ Hagan Stone Classic

Megan Ball led Shawnee State to its first championship of the season.  She won her first collegiate meet with a time of 19:52.  Candice Eagon finished 2nd in 20:21.  Sara Crosbie place 3rd with time of 20:43.  Kristyn Allen (21:06) and Jackie Dolan (21:34) finished 4th and 6th to round out the scoring for SSU.

 
September 27 @ Greater Louisville Classic
Shawnee State finished 17th out of 34 teams at the Greater Louisville Classic.  Candice Eagon led the women’s team with a time of 20:19 and a 90th place finish.  Megan Ball (20:52), Sara Crosbie (21:02), Kristyn Allen (21:17), and Jennifer Henman (21:33) rounded out the scoring for SSU.  Shawnee State finished 11th out 24 NAIA schools competing.  
 
September 20 @ Friendship Invitational
Shawnee State finished 5th out of 6 teams at the Friendship Invitational.  Freshman runner Megan Ball ran a time of 19:48, which earned her the top spot in the SSU record book as well.  She finished sixteenth.  Candice Eagon placed nineteenth with a time of 19:54 and Sara Crosbie (20:36) was thirtieth.  Ahley Meadows (20:43) and Kristyn Allen (20:46) finished thirty-third and thirty-fifth respectively to round out scoring for the SSU women. 
 
September 13 @ Centre Invitational
Shawnee State finished 2nd of 10 teams at the Centre College Invitational.  Candice Eagon led the women’s team with a ninth place finish.  Her time of 20:38 is the seventh fastest time ever recorded by an SSU runner.  Megan Ball placed thirteenth with a time of 21:18.  Jackie Dolan, Ashley Meadows, and Kristyn Allen rounded out the scoring for SSU.
 
September 6 @ Hanover Invitational
Shawnee State finished 11th out of 18 teams at the Hanover Invitational.  Megan Ball led the Bears with a time of 20:32 and a 51st place finish.  Candice Eagon (21:05), Kristyn Allen (21:21), Jackie Dolan (21:54) and Sara Crosbie (22:04) rounded out the top five for SSU. 
 
August 29 @ SSU Invitational

Cedarville University, ranked 4th in the NAIA pre-season poll, captured the Shawnee State Invitational.  Charleston placed second, and Shawnee State finished third.  Jackie Dolan led the women’s squad with a time of 21:22 to take 14th place.  Candice Eagon finished 17th in 21:31.  Ashley Meadows, Megan Ball, and Jennifer Henman rounded out the top five for the Bears.  Cedarville’s Sarah Mark set the course record with a time of 19:05.  Cedarville took seven of the top ten spots in the race.
