2003 Cross Country

Kristyn Allen Sophomore South Lebanon, OH Kings High School

Coach's Comment -- "The 2002 season was a learning experience for Kristyn.  She has trained very hard this winter and spring and had an excellent Spring Bear Run.   This will be a breakout season for her." 2003 Season --Krystyn was the #3 runner, with consistent times in the low 20's.  She ran a career best time of 20:06 at the Wilmington Fall Classic.  Krystyn received the team's Most Improved Runner Award.   2002 Season -- Kristyn ran a career best time of 23:24 at the Greensboro Invitational.   Kings High School -- In addition to cross country, Kristyn ran track and played basketball at Kings High School.  She owns the 7th fastest 5K time in Kings High School History (20:29).  Kings High School placed 4th in the state during her junior year.
