Comment -- Kristyn is one of our excellent new freshmen
recruits. She was an outstanding runner on the Kings High
School team. She will challenge for a top five position on
the team and is capable of running in the 19:00's this
season.
2002 Season -- Kristyn
ran a career best time of 23:24 at the Greensboro
Invitational.
Kings High School --
In addition to cross country, Kristyn ran track and played
basketball at Kings High School. She owns the 7th
fastest 5K time in Kings High School History (20:29).
Kings High School placed 4th in the state during her junior
year.

Up Close -- Born September 24, 1984, Kristyn is the
daughter of David and Peggy Allen. She plans to major
in environmental science. Her older sister, Lindsay,
also runs for Shawnee State. |
