Coach's Comments -- Holly returns for her senior season and will be the first SSU women to run four XC seasons.  As a strong leader, she will again serve as team Captain. She is a competitor and holds three of the SSU top 20 best times - 9th, 11th, 16th.  This is her season!  I expect her to break 20 minutes this season!

2002 Season -- Holly's best time of the season came at the Shawnee State Invitational where she placed 16th with a time of 21:12.

2001 Season -- Holly recorded a career-best time of 20:54 at the Shawnee State Invitational in which she finished 6th overall.  Her second best time of the season came at the NAIA Region IX Meet.

2000 Season -- Holly had three top 10 finishes in 2000 including 3rd place finishes at Pikeville College and the Shawnee State Invitational.  Her personal best time of 21:33 came at last year's Shawnee State Invitational.

1999 Season -- Amlin’s best time was 22:28 obtained at the Wilmington Invitational.

Waverly High School -- Amlin played basketball, and ran track and cross-country. She earned All-SOC in cross-country and track and made it to regional meet 3 times in track.. She also earned 1^st Team All-SOC in basketball.

Up Close -- Born September 22, 1981, and she is the daughter of Bill and Phyllis Amlin. She likes to run, read, play basketball, and swim. She hopes to pursue a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
