2009 - 2010 Season -- Kayla
played in 20 games for the Bears. Kayla's best game came
against Ursuline in which she scored 6 points while dishing out
6 assists and 2 blocked shots.
Glenwood
High
School -- Kayla was an all-around athlete at Glenwood
where she letter four times in basketball, volleyball and
softball. Over her four-year career she helped lead
Glenwood to a record of 71-20 in basketball. She was named
SOC Div. I Player of the Year twice, selected 1st Team All-SOC
four times and earned 1st Team all-district three times.
As a junior she was named 3rd Team AP All-Ohio as she averaged
16 points, six rebounds, four assists, six steals, and one block
per game. As a senior she averaged over 14 points, eight
rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block per game and
was selected as representative in the North/South All-Star Game
for District 14.
