2009 - 2010 Season --  Jill started all 36 games in her junior season for the Bears.  She averaged 11.8 points  and was also the teams leading rebounder with 6.8 per game.  Jill surpassed her previous career high of 23 points by scoring 27 points in a victory over Concordia University.  She has also been named as an NAIA Scholar Athlete for the second straight season and was Honorable Mention for the AMC All-Conference Team.

2008 - 2009 Season --  Jill played in all 32 games for the Bears. She averaged 8.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game.  Jill's best game of the season she tied a career-high 23 points and pulled down 12 rebounds in the 112-62 victory over Berea College on November 22. Jill was named an NAIA Scholar Athlete.

2007 - 2008 Season --  Jill took a medical redshirt for the season. 

2006 - 2007 Season --  Jill played in all 32 games.  She had a career-high 23 points and 10 rebounds in the 78-77 win over Rio Grande on November 28.  She was named to the AMC All-Freshman Team.

Georgetown High School -- Cropper was a three-time first team All-SBC selection and two-time SBC Player of the Year.  She earned 1^st Team All-District and All-Ohio Special Mention recognition as a junior and senior.  She was named the District 16 Player of the Year as a senior.  She averaged 15.5 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game her senior year.
