"Karen is a very strong, physical
player. She has the ability to score in several different ways
and causes match-up problems for opposing teams."
2007 - 2008 Season --
Karen played in all 30 games for the Bears. She averaged
10.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. She had a
career-high 28 points to go along with 7 rebounds in the Bears'
72-64 overtime win at Cedarville.
2006 - 2007 Season --
Karen played in all 32 games and made 25 starts for the
Bears. She led the team with 6.1 rebounds per game and in
free-throw percentage with 81.4%. She was second on the
team averaging 10.8 points per game. She had a career-high
22 points and added 9 rebounds in the 74-88 loss to Cedarville
on February 3.
2005 - 2006 Season --
Karen played in all 33 games as a freshmen. She
was the fourth leading scorer for the Bears, averaging 9.1 points
per game. She scored a career-high 20 points and added 7
rebounds and 2 assists in the 58-69 loss in the AMC Championship
game to Daemen College. She earned Honorable Mention All-AMC
recognition.
Zane Trace High
School -- Diehl averaged 18
points, 12 rebounds, and 5 assists per game as a senior at Zane
Trace. She is a four-time 1st Team All-SVC and
All-District 14 selection. She was the SVC and District 14
Player of the Year as a senior as well as honorable mention All-Ohio
honoree.
