Samantha played in 106 games as a freshmen. She
tallied 174 kills, 101 digs, 45 blocks, 2 aces and 1 assist
on the season.
2005 Season -- Samantha played in
43 games as a freshmen. She tallied 27 kills, 23
blocks, 3 digs, and 1 assist on the season.
East Knox High School -- Samantha
earned first-team all-district honors and was runner-up for
district player of the year. A four-year starter, Emler was
a first-team all-conference selection and captained East
Knox during her junior and senior years. She notched 280
kills, 221 blocks, and 32 service aces during her senior
campaign, and was her team’s most valuable player during her
