Shawnee State lost to Ohio Dominican by scores of 30-27, 30-15, 30-22 to close out the season.  Kara Miller led the Bears with 14 kills.  Becca Day added 9 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 25 assists.  
November 5 vs. Walsh
Shawnee State lost to Walsh by scores of 30-23, 30-16, 30-11.  Becca Day led the Bears with 5 kills.  Kara Miller and Jessica Kevelder added 4 kills apiece.  Kelsey Sewards added 11 kills.  
October 29 vs. Mount Vernon

Shawnee State lost to Mount Vernon Nazarene by scores of 30-28, 23-30, 20-30, and 15-30.  Becca Day led the Bears with 13 kills, 10 digs, and 2 service aces.  Kara Miller added 12 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 23 assists, 6 kills, and 3 digs. 

 
October 25 @ Rio Grande

Shawnee State lost to Rio Grande 22-30, 30-24, 16-30, 30-24, 16-14.  Becca Day tied a career-high with 17 kills in the match.  She fell one short of a career-high with 20 digs.  Carly Cameron set career-highs with 14 kills and 17 digs.  Kara Miller chipped in with 12 kills and 12 digs.  Kelsey Sewards dished out 55 assists.

 
October 22 vs. Malone (@ Urbana)
Shawnee State lost to Malone 30-23, 24-30, 30-22, 30-10.  Kara Miller led the Bears with 12 kills.  Becca Day chipped in with 11 kills.  Kelsey Sewards dished out 40 assists.
 
October 22 @ Urbana
Shawnee State lost the opener of the AMC tri-match to Urbana University by scores of 30-14, 30-20, 30-16.  Elizabeth Eby led the Bears with 8 kills.  Kelsey Sewards had 16 assists.
 
October 21 @ Kentucky Christian
Shawnee State defeated Kentucky Christian 30-19, 30-19, 30-19.  Elizabeth Eby led the Bears with 14 kills and 7 aces.  Becca Day had 12 kills and 6 digs.  Kelsey Sewards had 30 assists and 8 digs.
 
October 18 vs. Tiffin

Shawnee State lost to Tiffin by scores of 26-30, 22-30, 26-30. The Bears were led by Elizabeth Eby who had 8 kills, 3 blocks, and 3 digs.  Kara Miller and Becca Day each added 8 kills apiece.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 34 assists and 5 digs in the match.

 
October 15 @ Mt. St. Joseph
Shawnee State then lost to Mt. St. Joseph by scores of 30-20, 30-24, 30-27.  Kara Miller led Shawnee State with 11 kills.  Elizabeth Eby had 8 kills and Lindsey Grubb had 7 kills.  Grubb had 14 digs and Becca Day added 12 digs.  Kelsey Sewards had 32 assists.
 
October 15 vs. Manchester (@ Mt. St. Joseph)

Shawnee State lost to Manchester College 31-29, 30-24, 31-29.  Kara Miller led the Bears 11 kills.  Elizabeth Eby and Lindsey Grubb had 8 kills apiece.  Grubb added 7 digs.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 30 assists. 

 
October 13 vs. Central State

Shawnee State defeated Central State 30-12, 30-12, 30-17.  Kara Miller led the Bears with 8 kills, 2 service aces, and 2 digs.  Elizabeth Eby added 8 service aces and 5 kills, while Carly Cameron added 7 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 25 assists in the game. 

 
October 11 @ Pikeville

Shawnee State defeated Pikeville College 30-25, 34-32, 30-24.  Kara Miller led the Bears with 12 kills on the night.  Elizabeth Eby added 11 kills.  Lindsey Grubb and Becca Day had 10 kills apiece.  Adair Piguet had 10 digs.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 44 assists.

 
October 8 vs. Marian (@ Mt. Vernon)
Shawnee State lost to Marian 30-19, 30-27, 30-17.  Elizabeth Eby's 7 kills led the Bears against Marian.  Lindsey Grubb had 6 kills and Becca Day had 5 kills.  Kelsey Sewards had 20 assists and 6 digs.
 
October 8 @ Mt. Vernon

Shawnee State lost to Mt. Vernon Nazarene 30-26, 30-25, 30-21.  Lindsey Grubb led the Bears with 12 kills and 20 digs against Mt. Vernon.  Elizabeth Eby added 10 kills.  Carly Cameron and Becca Day had 6 kills apiece.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 31 assists, 6 service aces, and 6 digs.

 
October 4 vs. Rio Grande

The Shawnee State Volleyball Team defeated the University of Rio Grande by scores of 30-18, 30-26, 30-28.  Kara Miller led the Bears will 10 kills and 3 aces.  Carly Cameron and Becca Day added 8 kills and 7 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 36 assists and 3 aces in the game.

 
October 1 vs. Urbana (at Malone)
Shawnee State  lost to Urbana by scores of 30-15, 30-13, 30-15.  Kara Miller led the Bears with 5 kills.  Lindsay Grubb added 5 digs and 4 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 20 assists in the game.  
 
October 1 @ Malone
Shawnee State lost to Malone by scores of 30-26, 30-28, 30-18.  Kara Miller led the team with 11 kills, 6 digs, and an ace.  Lindsay Grubb added 9 kills and 7 digs.  Kelsey Sewards had 35 assists and 4 digs. 
 
September 30 @ Walsh
Shawnee State lost to Walsh by scores of 30-18, 30-20, 30-18.  Lindsay Grubb led the Bears with 6 kills and 5 digs.  Kara Miller added 4 kills and 4 service aces.  Kelsey Sewards had 25 assists in the game.
 
September 29 vs. Cedarville

Shawnee State lost to 18th ranked Cedarville by scores of 30-27, 30-22, 30-16.  Becca Day led the Bears with a career-high 17 kills.  Carly Cameron and Lindsay Grubb added 8 and 7 kills respectfully.  Kelsey Sewards had 32 assists and 3 blocks. 

 
September 27 @ Tiffin
Shawnee State lost at Tiffin by scores of 30-32, 23-30, 29-31.  Lindsey Grubb led the Bears with 8 kills, 9 digs, and 3 aces.  Carly Cameron and Elizabeth Eby had 5 kills each.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 31 assists and 10 digs.
 
September 24 vs. Asbury (@ Transylvania)

Shawnee State and Asbury hooked up again in the Championship match on Saturday afternoon.  Shawnee State won the match 25-30, 30-28, 31-33, 30-23, 15-8.  Kara Miller had 17 kills and 20 digs.  Lindsey Grubb had 14 kills and 15 digs.  Becca Day added 13 kills and 21 digs.  Kelsey Sewards added 49 assists, 17 digs, 8 kills, and 7 blocks.  Sewards was named to the all-tournament team as she totaled 169 assists, 39 digs, 13 kills, 13 blocks, and 7 aces.

 
September 24 vs. Asbury (@ Transylvania)
Shawnee State closed out pool-play and advanced to the championship match of the Transylvania Invitational with a four-game win over Asbury College.  Shawnee State won by scores of 23-30, 30-19, 33-31, 30-19.  Kara Miller had 18 kills and 11 digs.  Carly Cameron had 12 kills and 5 blocks.  Elizabeth Eby had 11 kills and 6 blocks.  Kelsey Sewards had 46 assists, 10 digs, 4 kills, and 2 blocks.
 
September 23 vs. Wilmington (@ Transylvania)
Shawnee State defeated Wilmington College in straight games by scores of 30-28, 30-27, 30-11 in their second match at the Transylvania Invitational.  Lindsey Grubb had 12 kills and 10 digs.  Becca Day had 11 kills and 2 blocks.  Kelsey Sewards had 31 assists, 4 aces, and 4 blocks.
 
September 23 vs. Kentucky State (@ Transylvania)

Shawnee State opened the Transylvania Invitational Tournament with a five-game win over Kentucky State University.  Shawnee State won by scores of 27-30, 30-25, 30-23, 24-30, 15-11.  Lindsey Grubb led the Bears with 15 kills, 9 digs, and 2 blocks.  Elizabeth Eby had 12 kills and 6 blocks.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 46 assists.

 
September 17 vs. Central State (@ Cedarville)
Shawnee State (5-5) defeated Central State 30-18, 30-12, 30-18.  Kara Miller led Shawnee State with 9 kills.  Lindsey Grubb and Elizabeth Eby had 5 kills each.  Kelsey Sewards had 23 assists and 4 kills.
 
September 17 @ Cedarville
Shawnee State lost to 20th ranked Cedarville University 30-21, 30-21, 30-24.  Becca Day led the Bears with 9 kills.  Carly Cameron and Elizabeth Eby had 5 kills apiece.  Kelsey Sewards had 23 assists and 7 digs.
 
September 15 vs. Ohio Valley

Shawnee State won its second straight match with a 3-game victory over Ohio Valley University.  Shawnee State won the match by scores of 30-23, 30-25, 30-23.  Lindsey Grubb led the Bears with 13 kills on the night, just one shy of her career-high.  She did record a career-high with 16 digs.  Becca Day added 9 kills.  Kara Miller and Elizabeth Eby had 7 kills apiece.   Kelsey Sewards tallied 42 assists in the match.

 
September 13 vs. Pikeville

Shawnee State won its home opener against Pikeville College by scores of 30-25, 34-32, 30-26.  Becca Day led the Bears as she set career-highs with 11 kills and 16 digs.  Elizabeth Eby added 10 kills and Lindsey Grubb recorded 12 digs and 9 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 40 assists.  Adair Piguet recorded a career-high 12 digs.

 
September 8 @ Ohio Dominican

Shawnee State lost its American Mideast Conference opener at Ohio Dominican University.  Shawnee State, playing without starters Kelsey Sewards and Lindsey Grubb, lost the match by scores of 30-15, 30-14, 30-10.  Carly Cameron led the Bears with 6 kills and 8 digs.  Randi Rodgers, making her first collegiate start, had 15 assists.  Tiffany Holbrook had 7 digs and Kara Miller chipped in with 6 digs.

 
September 6 @ Central State

Shawnee State defeated Central State 30-13, 30-13, 30-19.  Becca Day led the Bears with 10 kills on the night.  Elizabeth Eby and Lindsey Grubb had 9 kills apiece.  Kelsey Sewards had 27 assists.  Tiffany Holbrook and Lindsey Grubb had 8 and 7 digs respectively.

 
September 3 vs. Bethel (@ Tiffin)
Shawnee State lost to Bethel (7-1) by scores of 30-21, 30-28, 30-23 in the final game of the Tiffin Pre-Conference Challenge.  Elizabeth Eby led the Bears with 10 kills.  Becca Day added 8 kills.  Kelsey Sewards tallied 28 assists.
 
September 3 vs. Siena Heights
Shawnee State kicked off the action in Day 2 of the Tiffin University Pre-Conference Challenge with a win over Siena Heights (0-3).  The Bears won by scores of 30-27, 27-30, 30-28, 30-22.  Kara Miller had 12 kills in the match.  Becca Day had 9 kills and 3 blocks.  Elizabeth Eby chipped in with 7 kills and 3 blocks.  Kelsey Sewards had 38 assists in the contest.
 
September 2 vs. Michigan Dearborn (@ Tiffin)
The Bears lost to Michigan-Dearborn (2-0) by scores of 30-24, 30-26, 30-24 in their second game of the Tiffin Pre-Conference Challenge.  Carly Cameron led the Bears with 11 kills.  Becca Day and Lindsey Grubb had 8 kills apiece.  Kelsey Sewards had 29 assists.
 
September 2 vs. IU-Southeast (@ Tiffin)
Shawnee State lost to Indiana-Southeast (2-0) in the opener of the Tiffin University Pre-Conference Challenge by scores of 30-17, 30-17, 30-24.  Carly Cameron and Samantha Emler had 5 kills each for the Bears.  Kelsey Sewards had 21 assists.
