Coach's Comments -- “Jessica has as much raw potential as anyone I have ever recruited.  As she learns the college game, I think she’ll develop into a fine player.  In the few times I have seen her play with our current team, she has elevated her game each time.  I think we got lucky finding Jessica; coming from a small high school, I think she flew ‘under the radar’ of many coaches.”

2005 Season -- Jessica played in 22 games as a freshmen.  She tallied 18 kills, 5 blocks and 1 assist on the season.

Liberty Union High School -- Jessica was the Mid-State League Player of the Year in 2004 and earned first-team all league honors in both her junior and senior seasons. She lettered all four years at Liberty Union, and was her team’s Most Valuable Player in 2003 and 2004. In addition, she received second team All Central District honors as a senior.
