captain, Carly has really stepped it up; she realizes that
this team needs leadership and she is rising to the
occasion. Her work ethic and attitude are exemplary --throw
in her off- and on-court leadership, and she becomes an
invaluable asset to this team.”
2005 Season -- Carly was second on
the team in blocks with 57. She recorded career-highs
in kills with 14 and digs with 17 at the Rio Grande game on
October 25. Her most complete game at Rio Grande on October
25. She tallied 14 kills, 17 digs, and 4 blocks.
2004 Season -- Carly played in all
but 2 games as a sophomore. She was second on the team
with 236 digs and third with 38 service aces. She
recorded her career-high of 11 kills at Rio Grande on
October 5 and on November 6 at Ohio Dominican.
2003 Season -- Carly
was 5th on the squad with 197 digs. She compiled an
attack percentage of .667 as she had 4 kills on 6 attempts
with no errors. She recorded a career high 24 digs in
a win over Tiffin University on October 18.
Westfall High School -- Carly
was a three-time all-league selection and earned honorable
mention All-Ohio honors in 2002.
