Coach's Comments -- "Nikki is in her
fourth year in the program. She will need to anchor the
defense and provide solid team leadership. She needs to hit
like she did as a redshirt freshman."
2005 Season -- Nikki played in 12 games as a junior.
She hit .250 with 4 runs scored and 1 RBI.
2004 Season -- Nikki played in
22 games as a sophomore. She had 4 multi-hit games. She was 2-3
with 2 runs scored and an RBI in a 9-0 win over Washington &
Jefferson on March 25.
2003 Season -- Nikki earned
honorable mention All-AMC this season. She compiled 9 runs, 25
hits, and 10 RBI's. Nikki also led the team with a .305
batting average
2002 Season --
Nikki played in just seven ballgames before a broken collarbone
ended her freshman season. She received a medical redshirt for
the year.
Portsmouth West High School --
Nikki played softball, basketball, and soccer while in high school.
In basketball and softball she earned All-League and All-District
honors.
