Coach's Comments -- "Ali has a strong
bat and is a very smart player. She has the chance to make a
very big contribution to the team as a freshman."
2005 Season -- Ali played in 30 games as a
freshman. She had 5 multi-hit games on the year. She had
6 RBI in a win over Mt. State on April 10 and was 3 for 3 with 4 RBI
in a win over Urbana on April 28.
Portsmouth High School -- Ali
was a four-year letter winner in basketball, softball, volleyball,
and track. She is a three-time All-Ohio honoree in softball.
She earned All-Ohio recognition in basketball as a senior.
