allowed just one hit to keep the game close. Shawnee
State was unable to get on track offensively as Oklahoma
City's Alexandra Boily struck out 15 Bears. |

4 with a homerun, 3 RBI's, and 2 runs scored. Kerri
Bennett was 3 for 4 with a run scored. |

SSU committed 3 errors in the top of the 11th inning and
Tiffin collected 3 hits while scoring 4 runs. The loss
snapped Shawnee State's 10 game win streak. Shawnee
State bounced back in Game 2 as Ashley Rawson allowed just 2
hits while striking out 5. Candy Pickelsimer and Mindy
Wolever each collected 2 hits in the game. |
