2009 Cross Country

2009 Season -- Shane finished 13th at the AMC Championship in a time of 26:14 to earn 2nd Team All-AMC status. He ran his career best 25:54 at the Friendship Invitational at Cedarville on September 19.

2008 Season -- Shane ran his best time of the season (26:34) at the Aquinas Invitational on October 25. This time placed him 19th on SSU's Top 25 Runner's list.

Logan High School -- Shane was a two-year letterman in cross country. He earned all-league honors during his senior year and also lettered four times in soccer and twice in track at Logan High School.
