| Coach's Comments -- Chris is
our fastest returning runner. He had a great summer of
training and should continue to improve just as he has each and
every year. I fully expect him to finish in the top 15 at the
AMC Championship Meet.
2007 Season --
Chris finished in the Top 10 twice this season. He ran a
career-best time of 26:03 at the Wilmington Classic on October 12.
Chris finished 16th at the American Mideast Conference Meet, earning
him Honorable Mention All-AMC honors.
2006 Season --
Chris ran a successful sophomore season finishing consistently in the
top 5 of the team. He ran his best time of the year at the AMC/NAIA Region IX Championship.
He ran the course in 26:43.
2005 Season -- Chris finished in the
top-ten twice as a freshmen. He ran his personal-best at the
Wilmington College Fall Classic Meet. He finished 22nd
overall with a time of 26:53.
River Valley High School -- Chris
was a 4-time all-district honoree and 3-time individual
conference champion. He led River Valley to three consecutive conference
championships. He twice qualified for the state championship
meet as an individual. He earned Academic All-Ohio honors four
times.
