excited that Chris has joined the Shawnee State Cross Country team.
I fully expect him to run under 28:30 this season.
2007 Season --
Chris ran he fastest time of the season (31:26) at the Shawnee State
Invitational on August 31.
University of Rio Grande -- Chris lettered in
both track and cross country at Rio Grande.
Piketon High School --
Chris was a two-year letter winner in both track and cross country.
He won the "Most Dedicated" award for cross country.
