Coach's Comments -- "Chris is one of the hardest working and most disciplined athletes on our team.  I look for Chris to have an excellent career at Shawnee State University and to make our top 5 throughout the season."

2005 Season -- Chris finished in the top-ten twice as a freshmen. He ran his personal-best at the Wilmington College Fall Classic Meet.  He finished 22nd overall with a time of 26:53.

River Valley High School -- Chris was a 4-time all-district honoree and 3-time individual conference champion.  He led River Valley to three consecutive conference championships.  He twice qualified for the state championship meet as an individual.  He earned Academic All-Ohio honors four times.
