Coach's Comments
-- "Scott has a lot of natural
ability. He had a great
summer of training and should contend for the number one spot on the
team as well as 1st team All-Conference honors."
2005 Season -- Scott
had 4 top-ten finishes on the season, including 2nd at the Shawnee
State Invitational. He ran a career-best of 26:33 at the
Greater Louisville Classic.
2004 Season -- Scott had one top-ten finish (6th at Rio Grande)
on the season. He placed 12th at the AMC/NAIA Region IX
Championship Meet and earned 2nd Team All-AMC recognition. His
best time of the season (26:44) came at the NAIA National
Championship Meet.
2003
Season -- As a freshman, Scott was the number five runner on the
team. He ran his season and career best time at the Wilmington
Invitational in 26:36, which was good enough to place him among the
fastest 25 times for SSU. Scott had three top ten finishes,
and ran at the NAIA National Championship meet.
Triad High School -- LeMaster
is a 4-time All-League honoree and a 3-year regional qualifier.
He earned All-District, All-Region, and All-State honors as
senior. He holds Triad
High School's cross country record with a time 16:42.
