Coach's Comments -- "I had the opportunity to work with Bill as his high school coach for two years.   I was pleased when he called to say he wanted to run for me in college as well.  He has the ability to compete for a top seven spot right out of the gate."

Chillicothe High School -- Bill participated in cross country and track and was captain of the cross country team his senior year.
