2003 Season --
Brandon ran his season best time at the Wilmington Fall Classic,
where he finished in 27:36. His second best time of 27:55 came
at the Kentucky Christian Invitational.
Manchester High School -- Phelps
was a 3-sport letterman at Manchester.
In addition to cross country, he played basketball and ran
track. During his
career he was a 4-time selection to the All-District Team,
All-League three times, and All-Regional twice.
