Coach's Comments -- Every
coach enjoys having someone like Derek Lewis on their team.
He has great work ethic and has really improved his jump by
being dedicated and disciplined enough to practice everyday.
By always doing what he is asked, he has become a very valuable
member of this team.
2007 - 2008 Season --
Derek played in 14 games for the Bears. He tallied 2
points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals on the season.
2006
- 2007 Season -- Derek played in 7 games as a freshman.
He tallied 2 points, 1 assist, and 1 rebound on the season.
Green High School -- Lewis
averaged 16.9 points and 6.5 assists per game as he was named 1st
Team All-SOC and 1st Team All-District as a senior.
He was also named to the Academic All-Ohio team.
