Coach's Comments -- Wes
joins the team after playing football for two years at the
University of Akron. He is an extremely quick point guard
who is one of our top defenders and capable of really pressuring
the ball. He has picked up on our offense very quickly and
will give us an added dimension with his ability to break
defenses down and get into the lane.
2007 - 2008 Season -- Wes
played in all 28 games for the Bears. Wes tallied 103
points, 42 rebounds, 32 assists, and 15 steals on the season.
He scored a career-high 10 points in the 93-75 win over Rio
Grande on January 9 and in the 73-58 win at Rio Grande on
February 6.
