Coach's Comments -- Keelyn
joins the team after a successful career at Warren Harding High
School playing for Steve Arnold. Keelyn is a long athletic
guard who is capable of playing multiple positions and has
already established himself as a very good defender. He
has picked up our system quickly and should make an immediate
impact in our line-up.
2007 - 2008 Season --
Keelyn saw action in all 28 games and started 10 of them for the
Bears. As a freshman, Keelyn tallied 134 points, 82
rebounds, 32 assists, 29 steals, and 2 blocks on the season.
He had a career-high 18 points in the Bears 74-66 victory at
Urbana on January 29. Keelyn was named to the AMC
All-Freshman Team.
