2008 Season
-- Jonathon was 1st on the team with 72.2 innings pitched.
He compiled a 7-4 record with 1 save with an ERA of 4.46 in 18
appearances. He set a school record with 66 strikeouts on the
season. He was named 2nd Team All-AMC.
2007 Season
-- Jonathon was 1st on the team with 51.2 innings pitched.
He compiled a 3-3 record and 1 save with an ERA of 3.14 in 11 appearances.
Jonathon earned Honorable Mention All-AMC recognition.
2006 Season
-- Jonathon was 4th on
the squad with 40.2 innings pitched in 2006. He compiled an 1-6
record with an ERA of 6.42 in 11 appearances.
2005 Season -- Jonathon emerged as the
Bears #2 starter as a freshman. He compiled a 4-3 record with
an ERA of 4.26. Opposing batters hit just .257 off Venters and
he was second on the team with 35 strikeouts.
Xenia High School -- Jonathon was
three-year letter winner in soccer and baseball at
Xenia.
