plate. He is accurate with his throws and has great field
presence. Stump was one of the hottest hitters in the fall boasting

Columbus State -- Billy played catcher and
utility for two years at Columbus State.
Westerville High School -- Billy was a
three-year letter winner in baseball and football at Westerville
