| Coach's Comments --
"Zac moves from right field to centerfield. His
ability in the outfield is outstanding. He gets great jumps on the
ball and has a strong arm to cut down runners. Shoaf posted 4
assists last year and single handedly kept us in a lot of ball
games." 2007 Season
-- Zac started in all but two games. Zac led the
team in runs scored (36), walks (24), and stolen bases (17).
He compiled a .301 batting average with 37 hits, 6 doubles, and 11
RBI's. Zac earned 1st Team All-AMC honors.
2006 Season
-- Zac started in all but one game for the Bears.
Zac led the team in batting (.372), hits (45), runs scored (40),
walks (20), and stolen bases (18). In the Bears 9-4
victory over Cedarville, he was 3-4, with 4 runs scored and a
RBI.
Columbus State -- Zac played centerfield
for Columbus State, earning All-Conference honors.
World Harvest High School --
During his four years as a letter winner in baseball, Zac earned
All-League and All-District selections. He
also lettered 4-years in soccer.
