Access Scioto County connecting services to GoBus now available to Shawnee State Students

SSU students will be connected to Athens, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus.

The Access Scioto County (ASC) will be linking their service to GoBus starting January 2, 2017 which will allow Shawnee State University students to connect to Athens, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus.

The ASC connector service is only $3 per one-way trip that will take students from the ASC Transit Center located at 601 8th Street in Portsmouth to the GoBus Route Stop located in Piketon, Ohio.

The ASC connector service tickets and the GoBus tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance, including return trips.

ASC tickets can be purchased and scheduled at the ASC scheduling department by calling (740) 353-5626, extension 203, from Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students may schedule and purchase their GoBus tickets online at ridegobus.com/gobustickets/#/poloko/search.
