Credit When It's Due. Shawnee Sate participates in Ohio Board of Regents new program.

Students enrolled in a Bachelor's program at Shawnee State may turn hours earned into an Associate's Degree with a new program offered by the Ohio Board of Regents.

If you're a student enrolled in one of Ohio's public universities to pursue a bachelor's degree and have earned at least 45 college-level semester credit hours at one of Ohio public universities or colleges, or at least 20 college-level semester credit hours from a participating two-year institution, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 at their current university, and have not received an associate or a bachelor's degree from Ohio public institutions; you may be qualified to earn an Associate's Degree from your previous college or university.
