The
Board of Trustees of Shawnee State University consists of nine voting
members and two student members, appointed by the Governor with
the advice and consent of the Senate. The trustees shall have the
powers conferred upon them by the laws of the State of Ohio. The
President of the University shall serve as an ex-officio (non-voting)
member of the Board.
