Complaints & Concerns
Complaint Procedures
Shawnee State University is committed to addressing
complaints and/or concerns about any aspect of our services. Every
effort will be made to understand the complaint and/or concern and
respond in an appropriate manner. Many issues are best resolved when
they are addressed directly with the person involved. The University
also recognizes there may be
instances when individuals will want to report anonymously regarding
activities that may involve fraud or are in violation of university
policies or state-of-Ohio ethical laws. Additional information
regarding anonymous reporting can be found under the "For the Campus
& Community" section on this page.
Click on the links on the left or scroll down the page for a list of resources
to help you find the individuals who will best serve your needs.
