Presidential Charge to committee for 2007 - 2008

The charge for the committee to:

  • Work with UIS and other university offices and groups to ensure that all decisions concerning technology will be well thought out and supportive of the University's mission and goals, including the technology fee distribution;
  • Work with UIS to review and refine the “Conditions for Use” document ;
  •  Consider the question or requiring laptops for our students ;
  •  Make recommendations regarding the enhancement of the role of technology in the university’s instructional environment.
