Title IX Advisory Committee 2012- 2013
The Title IX Committee has the following
responsibilities:

Review all University areas and programs for Title IX compliance

Review Title IX resources, including training, available to
University employees and students;

Review existing
University sexual harassment and sex discrimination policies and
procedures and investigation outcomes to assess and make
recommendations for improvement; and
-
Make recommendations
in writing to the President regarding the University's compliance
with Title IX law, the maintenance of a non-hostile environment, and
University policies and practices related to Title IX law.
