Presidential Charge to committee for 2009–2010 This committee is responsible for discharging university functions. It is to oversee records management at Shawnee State University, including educating employees on the retention/records management process, keeping the records retention schedule for review by the public, and ensuring that the retention and destruction schedule is properly followed. |
