1. Assess the human needs of individuals and their families considering their cultural diversity and environment. All outcomes assessed by:

  • 55% graduation rate
  • 95% employment in first 3 months
  • 87% pass rate first time NCLEX takers
  • 85% students express program satisfaction on exit survey
2. Plan and evaluate care for individuals and their families based on assessment of human needs and in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
3. Provide care for multiple individuals and their families in various health delivery settings.
4. Provide care for individuals and their families through communication and coordination of care with other multidisciplinary teams.
5. Use available teaching plans for individuals and their families concerning health delivery.
6. Function within the environments of various health delivery settings.
7. Assume legal and ethical accountability in the roles of the associate degree nurse.
1. Coordinate holistic care using critical thinking and decision making for individuals and groups of individuals.
