All students in the
program will be knowledgeable in laboratory safety, bloodborne
pathogens, HIPAA, hazardous communication, and other laboratory
standards necessary to protect themselves and the patients they serve.

Students graduating
from the program will be able to demonstrate minimal competencies and
proficiency in all clinical areas of the medical laboratory to
include; hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology,

parasitology. |
