At the invitation of The Planning Committee for Higher Learning Accountability and Productivity of the Ohio Board of Regents (http://regents.ohio.gov/studentsuccess/), Shawnee State University shares our Student Success Plans online. Shawnee State’s Student Success Plan is guided by our Mission as the regional state university of southern Ohio. We are proud to share Shawnee’s commitment to student learning success by including information about student learning outcomes and the assessment of student learning at Shawnee State:

• Learning outcomes and assessment of student achievement of those outcomes in the General Education Program.
  
• Learning outcomes and assessment of student achievement of those outcomes in undergraduate majors.
  
• Identification and special features of the undergraduate learning experience at Shawnee State (for example, University College, service learning, undergraduate research, residential learning communities, study abroad, and internships).
