Certification

Upon successful completion of:

EMTP1010 First Responder: Students will be able to sit for the National Registry of EMT’s First Responder exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, the student receives Ohio and National Registry Certification as a First Responder.

EMTP1100 EMT-Basic: Students are eligible to sit for the Basic National Registry Exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, the student will receive Ohio and National Registry certification as an EMT-Basic.

EMTP2150 EMT-Intermediate: Students are eligible to sit for the Intermediate National Registry Exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, the student receives Ohio and National Registry certification as an EMT-Intermediate.

EMTP2999, EMTP2100, 2101, 2102, EMTP2200, EMTP2300, 2301, 2302 & EMTP2500: Students are eligible to sit for the National Registry Exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, the students receives Ohio and National Registry certification as a Paramedic (EMT-P). Upon successful completion of the two-year program, the student receives the associate of applied science degree.
