Fill out the form below to register for a group (3 or more) oral presentation in the Celebration of Scholarship. Your group will have 45 minutes total to share for a presentation.

You will have to check the Celebration of Scholarship website after registration closes 3/15/13 to confirm your registration. Please print your submission for your own records.

All proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, February 28, 2013 to be included in the program. Please fill out all information on this registration form.
