Presidential Charge to committee for 2012
The Records Committee will work with the Records Manager and oversee the
compliance of the University’s records management program. As part of
its compliance function the Committee will:

Review the records
retention schedule template
·
Review records
management policy
·
Identify methods to
improve the records system and management program
·
Ensure all employees
in their respective area are sufficiently aware of their obligations to
properly manage and
