Minor in History

The history minor provides an introduction to the study of humanity's past.

Students enrolled in any of the University's baccalaureate degree programs may elect to complete a minor. This may be a particularly attractive program for those majoring in English/humanities, social sciences, or business and for those planning to attend law school. Any minor requires you to complete a minimum of 15 hours, with a minimum grade of "C". Courses taken on a pass/no-credit basis may not be applied to the minor. No more than 9 of these hours may count toward your major.

This degree is coordinated by Dr. Andrew Lee Feight, Associate Professor of History. For additional information please contact Dr. Feight at (740) 351–3143 or afeight@shawnee.edu.
